Work one-on-one with one of Our Instructors at our indoor facility, Metro Golf and Fitness located in Tenafly NJ. Our pros will use the latest video swing analysis software along training methods designed specifically to improve your game. Lessons are based on your goals, skills, and needs. Instruction is tailored to each individuals learning style for the optimal progress.

Our ladies clinics are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of today’s lady golfers. We will cover a new aspect of the game each week so be sure to check the schedule at Metro Golf & Fitness today!

Junior Clinics

Stage 1 – Active Start (FMS) Ages 4 – 6

Focuses on fundamental movement patterns that are essential to athletic development - the first phase of speed, power, and mobility development.

Stage 2 – FUNdamentals (LTAD) Ages 7-9

Focuses on the fundamentals of the game of golf and acquiring the necessary athletic skills required to play. (Long Term Athletic Development)

Stage 3 – Train to Play – (FSS) Ages 10-12

The second phase of speed, power and mobility development. Golf skills and movements are the main focus.

Stage 4 – Train to Excel – Ages 13-18

The most advanced stage of Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD). Focuses on power development, swing mechanics, and overall preparation for competition.

Break 90 Clinic Series

The break 90 series is designed to help golfers break through into the 80’s! Classes give golfers the tools to take their game to the next level.

One Day Golf Schools

Spend the entire day with the pro staff at the Garden State Golf Academy and improve all facets of your golf game.

One day Golf school packages include:

• Video Swing Analysis
• Full Swing Instruction and improvement plan
• Short Game Instruction and improvement plan
• TPI physical screening
• Equipment Analysis
• Lunch
• 9 Hole Playing lessons (either in AboutGolf simulator or on the course, weather permitting.)
